Deserting the United States of America

Today, April 27, I read a piece on Yahoo of how some citizens of America are giving up their Citizenship. Most were due to high taxation while living in, and earning money, in another country. Do you think this is right?
When this country first began, citizens from England fled their birth nation because of double taxation. Therefore, I suppose you could acquaint that today with the birth of this nation. However, when a person is born in the United States of America and does not like the way it is, then they should stay and try to make a difference. We need to stop being lazy and cowards. God gave us the greatest gift any human being ever could receive by being born in the USA. Why then when the going gets tough do we run to a place we believe will be better? I believe it is not.
I stand up for the United States of America and this great gift God gave me, and I will never desert this nation. When the going gets tough, I will become tougher. For this reason, I started the Mansfield Tea Party. Like many, I am concerned about too high taxes, fraud in elections, politicians who tell us what we want to hear instead of the truth, and that our votes do not count. It seems that many believe this, too.  However, pulling the covers over our heads is not the answer. The only reward we receive from that is similar to being dead and buried in a plot of ground; we will never be bothered again!
The Mansfield Tea Party’s slogan is lyrics from a song years ago; “United We Stand, Divide We Fall.” I will do everything I can to see this does not happen so my baby nieces will always be free. How about you? Will you fight for this great nation, too? Do you fear what will happen to the youngest in your family?

Do We Need Gun Tracking Bracelets?

According to our dear Attorney General Eric Holder, we need to wear bracelets to keep track of guns. Really? Does this include those who steal guns to rob and murder? Will knives be next? Apparently, Holder wants to abolish the Second Amendment.

If this does not wake up the citizens of this nation, nothing will. It is not the honest, innocent citizens who do the robbing, killing, etc. The second Amendment is in the Constitution for our protection. Apparently, our government has become worried that we will not stand for their domination. I quote from the Constitution’s Second Amendment;

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” In other words, to reduce someone’s legal rights or freedoms."

Apparently, none in the White House or Congress’s family has ever been through a robbery by knife, or shot at! They have no idea what it is like. I do! Years ago a young man held a knife to my throat during a robbery attempt. Is our government slowly, but surely, turning the USA into a Dictatorial country? Sure seems that way.

All of us need to notify our representatives that we will not stand for Holder dictating to what we should or should not do and Obama making up his own laws. Obama is a disgrace to the Presidency and our ancestors' sacrifices. Those we have elected must do their job to protect the citizens from dictators like Obama and fire everyone in the White House.

Love not Bigotry will always win out!

I am concerned with the violent problem of the young black people attacking a white man in Detroit. Most of it seems to be black on white. Could this start another Civil War?

Are the problems of blacks and whites due to some adults who have insecurities and live in the past? Often we hear well-known black men and women blaming the white race for what happened before the Civil War in 1861.  They seem to forget it was a white Republican President, and those in the north, who put a stop to slavery. 

God loves all of us, even the black preachers who preach hate and bigotry. These same disciples’ of the Lord should be ashamed of themselves for their bigoted remarks against white people. They need to strike out against violence and teach the young black communities that violence is not the answer.

My strongest fear is that whites will rise up against blacks again and bring a Civil War to this great land. Violence is not the answer nor is ignoring it.

Defending ourselves against all odds

When men and women sign up to serve in the Military, they do not dream of having to protect themselves from citizens. This latest shooting at Fort Hood Texas has to be the last straw.

All military volunteers should be able to carry a weapon on base. It is sad that we have to protect ourselves from violent citizens. It is one thing to go to a foreign country and lose your life by terrorists, but when it is in our own country then something is drastically wrong.

The reports’ of the recent killings done by a young man who was unstable seems to say that we do not want to hear the truth. I have two questions; was no one paying attention to his behavior or body language? If so, then was a Psychiatrist wrong in his or her diagnosis and did the family members simply not want to face the agony of a mentally ill son/brother?

I was not there so I can only question myself on what would make a man, or woman for that matter, do something like this. Where did this person lose it and why did no one notice!

When the mentally disturbed go untreated, then shootings or an abusive attitude will always succeed. Doctors and family members, (who would rather turn away than face the inevitable), must share the blame for murderers who can only handle their problems and difficulties through violence.

Could his problem come from childhood as a parent may have preached violence for those who are different? How can we as a society not learn why some children grow up to be abusers, murderers, rapists and pedophiles?

There must be a solution somewhere! Maybe it should be with the Military doctors, Congress, etc. We the citizens, whether in the Military or civilians, must be allowed to arm ourselves in our home and on the street to protect ourselves, children, and if need be others, from those who wish to do the human race harm.

Please wake up America! Start making those we elected do the right thing. For only you and I can put a somewhat halt to these terrible things from happening.
